About Toddler Yoga

Yoga is an ancient tradition in many cultures throughout the world, which is being re-discovered in the Western world. Research shows that loving, nurturing contact between caregiver and infant has a positive impact on their development.
Toddler Yoga classes encourage parental involvement in these exciting, story based sessions which also build the trust and bond between caregiver and child whilst having lots of fun.
Classes include the use of props and sensory toys with constantly changing activities to keep little minds occupied.
